Returns

If you have any issues with your order and want to return or exchange an item, just email us at support@wilderoneharness.com within 30 days when you pay, and we’ll quickly respond with a prepaid shipping label and details on processing a refund. All returns and exchanges are subject to a $5 restocking fee. Items discounted 40% or more are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Can I put Wilder One Plush Toys in the washing machine?

Yes, they can be machine washed on cold, with no detergent. Tumble dry on low or air-dry.

Are Wilder One toys safe for all ages, from puppies to seniors?

Yes. All of our toys are safe and recommended for dogs of any age. Be sure to always monitor playtime, and discard any disassembled pieces to avoid choking hazards. We recommend puppies begin to play with toys at 4-5 weeks old. All play should be monitored, whether they're a puppy or an adult dog, to prevent injury.

Are Wilder One Plush Toys suitable for heavy chewers?

Our Plush Toys are made with multiple fabric layers for added strength⁠; however, no dog toy is indestructible. The toy lifespan will depend on your dog's chew strength, play style, and energy level. We recommend Plush Toys for light to moderate chewers.

Are Wilder One toys warranty guaranteed?

No toy is deemed indestructible. The toy’s longevity depends on your dog’s strength & play style. Therefore, our toys are not warranty guaranteed. However, if you have any issues please reach out to us!
