Cleaning Instructions
Our Placemat is dishwasher-safe for an easy cleaning option, or it can be easily wiped clean by hand. Do not use abrasive cleaning materials when washing the product. We suggest rinsing regularly to avoid unwanted buildup, which will depend on your dog's food and how often spills occur.
Caution Notice
Use non-abrasive towels and sponges when cleaning. Placemat material is resilient and should withstand thorough cleaning and daily use.

Returns
If you have any issues with your order and want to return or exchange an item, just email us at support@wilderoneharness.com within 30 days when you pay, and we’ll quickly respond with a prepaid shipping label and details on processing a refund. All returns and exchanges are subject to a $5 restocking fee. Items discounted 40% or more are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

The Standard Placemat is designed to fit our Standard Bowls, which have a 32 fl oz (4 cups) food capacity. The Small Placemat fits our Small Bowls, which have a 15.5 fl oz (2 cups) capacity.
